Our apartment is located in via Gaetano Abela, 11 in the heart of Palermo, just a short walk from Politeama Square where it is possible to catch the shuttle to and from the airport or a bus to Mondello beach and the main places of interest of the city, or to board an open-air sightseeing double-decker and enjoy a tour of Palermo.

Very close to via Roma and via Maqueda, the two main streets of the old city, and to via Ruggero Settimo and via Libertà, the two most important shopping streets in Palermo, the apartment is conveniently situated halfway between the most beautiful historic squares of Palermo, Piazza Politeama and Piazza Massimo, and a short step from Capo, Vucciria and Ballarò, the three historic city markets.

Palermo Central Station, serving destinations all over Sicily, along with Monreale and several other important places, is a 10-minute walk away. Visitors may choose to experience a full tour of the city on foot or by public transportation. The apartment makes the ideal location for a holiday exploring Palermo’s many tourist attractions – museums, churches, parks, theatres, historic markets, etc.

The apartment, recently renovated, is a modern loft of 45 sqm furnished with fine finishes and entirely paved with parquet floors, is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, wi-fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave and toaster. The loft is divided by a half wall separating the sleeping area from the living area and is equipped with a double bed, electric cooker ceramic hob with two burners and sink and a comfortable double sofa bed, the bathroom has a shower and bath.
